Quick answers for restoring purchases, managing advertisements and recovering a stable run.
Restore a purchase
Open the Signal Store inside GLOWPREY and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase. Non-consumable products can be restored; consumed Glow Shard packs cannot be granted twice.
An advertisement did not grant its reward
A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Check your connection and try again from the relevant reward screen. You will never lose a purchased item because an advertisement fails to load.
Manage privacy choices
When privacy options are required in your region, open the Command Center and select Privacy Options. Advertising remains disabled until the game receives a valid privacy choice.
The game was interrupted
GLOWPREY pauses active combat when the application enters the background. Return to the game and use the pause panel to resume, restart or leave the run safely.
